The Quick Commerce platform Zepto is all set to Relocate to its New Headquarters.

Zepto, the 10 min grocery delivery unicorn, is all set to move its headquarters from Mumbai’s Powai to Sarjapur in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The Unicorn already has an office in Bengaluru, now the company plans to bring all corporate staff into a single, bigger space to streamline operations and centralize its workforce.

Once the relocation is complete, around 1,700 to 1,800 employees will work together in the new office. The relocation will cost Zepto about Rs 4 crore for moving expenses, but it will save the company Rs 40-50 lakh in monthly rent.

Zepto, founded in 2021 by Stanford dropouts Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit Palicha currently, operates from an 80,000-90,000 square foot office in Mumbai and a 30,000-40,000 square foot office in Bengaluru. The new office in Bengaluru will be 150,000 square feet.

This news comes after Zepto recently raised $665 million in funding at a $3.6 billion valuation. Previously, the startup raised $200 million at a $1.4 billion valuation.

Zepto offers online grocery delivery and is present in several major Indian cities. The company is supported by investors like StepStone Group, Goodwater Capital, and Lightspeed.
