 It started over 27 years ago in a small setup, focusing on high-quality bread. The big change came in 2017 when they teamed up with Grupo Bimbo, a global bakery leader. This partnership brought advanced baking techniques, helping Harvest Gold grow significantly.


What makes Harvest Gold special is their innovative baking methods. They combine their own and Western technologies to make a range of products like bread, pav, kulcha, sweet buns, burger buns, and rusk. This approach ensures their products are always fresh and top-quality.


The real secret to their success is the dedication of their team. Every product is made with great care, following strict safety and hygiene standards. 


To recognize their efforts, Harvest Gold released special edition bread packs featuring photos and names of their team members, known as Wonder Warriors. 


These employees come from various departments, including Manufacturing, Purchase, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, HR, and IT, and have shown exceptional commitment, especially during tough times like the lockdown.


During the pandemic, the Harvest Gold team worked hard to keep production and delivery going. They introduced new safety measures, provided doorstep delivery for the elderly, and partnered with NGOs to distribute sweet buns to those in need, showing their dedication to both quality and community service.
