Seiko Solutions, based in Japan, has teamed up with India's Indicus to broaden their telematics services

Seiko Solutions, a leader in telematics services, has teamed up with Indicus Software, a company known for its innovative Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. This partnership aims to transform the telematics industry.

Seiko Solutions started working in telematics in 2011, using its own technology and IoT advancements to offer services mainly to car companies and leasing firms. By joining forces with Indicus, Seiko Solutions hopes to better meet its customers' growing needs with more customized services.

The collaboration will make use of Indicus Software’s advanced IoT platform, Contineo, which features AI and user-friendly technology that doesn’t require coding skills. This platform will enhance Seiko Solutions' DriveCloud+, which is a service for managing vehicle fleets.

Contineo is a versatile digital platform that supports the creation of various applications and services, including those for factories, telematics, healthcare, retail, and smart cities. It also includes an upcoming AI tool, NeoPilot, which will help build and manage applications through natural language.

Jun Sekin, President of Seiko Solutions, said the partnership combines their innovative communication technology with Indicus’ IoT expertise, aiming to deliver exceptional value and surpass customer expectations in telematics.

Shilpa Vyapari, CEO of Indicus Software, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting that it will showcase the potential of the Contineo platform and drive innovation in telematics. She believes that the combined industry knowledge and technological skills of both companies will broaden the possibilities in telematics services.
