FlexiBees raises pre-Series A funding led by Inflection Point Ventures

FlexiBees, a platform that connects women with flexible, part-time, and remote job opportunities, has raised an undisclosed amount of money in a pre-Series A funding round.

This funding was led by Inflection Point Ventures, an angel investment firm based in Gurugram, and also saw contributions from investors like Shan M S, COO of Namma Yatri, and Reema Mahajan, founder of International Women in Dubai.

FlexiBees helps women find part-time, project-based, and remote work. They work with over 700 businesses worldwide, including big companies like Kimberly-Clark and Tata Realty, as well as startups such as Qapita and CreditMantri.

FlexiBees was started by Shreya Prakash, Rashmi Rammohan, and Deepa Swami, all graduates of IIM Bangalore. The platform has a network of over 60,000 professionals and has successfully placed more than 1,400 women in flexible roles. They also support over 20,000 women with returnship preparation and interview coaching.

FlexiBees will use the new funding to enhance its technology, improve its AI algorithms, and expand its market presence. Their goal is to create job opportunities and improve employability for women who are not currently in the full-time workforce. They aim to offer businesses a wide range of flexible roles and help professionals balance their work and personal lives.
